Once your Will is in the EverVault, what happens?

When you pass, a family member or individual should contact EverVault and provide the EverVault Wills' Certificate.
Upon verification, EverVault will provide the "original" Last Will & Testament to the designated individual or a Court for submission.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Upon payment of the "Release" Fee and completion of the release forms, EverVault will return the "original" Last Will & Testament.
Can I submit a "Codicil" or an updated Will to my existing Last Will & Testament?

Yes. Upon payment of the Initial Deposit Fee, a new Certificate will be issued for your Codicil.
Yes. Upon payment of the Initial Deposit Fee and Annual Storage Fee, a new Certificate will be issued for your new Last Will and Testament. The individual can choose to receive the initial Last Will & Testament in return or elect that EverVault to shred the original Last Will & Testament.
